been a while since ive cooked.doing a bunch of hospital ac shutdowns. today im off and got up at 5 am and fired up the shirley and put a butt on. a few hours latter put on the beans. when its time to rest the butt ill be putting on some chicken legs for the wife.will post more pics latter in the cook.

good to see i'm not the only one that fires up the shirley for 1 cut of meat. sounds like a nice meal coming later today.
 
just pulled the butt off and bumped up the temp to 300.put on the plowboys chicken legs.

Saw this title without my readers and thought my Stanley had run away from home. Ah- it says Shirley.

I too enjoy lite (light) beer. Two thumbs up there also!!
