Weeknight pizza on the Blackstone

Made a couple of pizzas on the Blackstone last night. Man, I love that thing. Also made some garlic knots that aren't pictured. So, good. Went the easy way and used trader Joe's dough. It is pretty good. It makes me wonder if I will go back to making my own dough

I have made my own dough in the past. It's fun, but quite a process and a little harder to plan. I buy up a bunch of the trader Joe's dough balls and reball them and freeze them. I can set them out the night before I want to make pizza and they are ready to go for dinner. Too easy
