2018 St Louis Summer Bash - June 30 Whitecliff Park

Just checked temps: 115 with heat index.
What we need is a hose & spray nozzle. Seriously.
 
Washcloths soaked in cold water and wrapped around your neck is helpful.
 
Just under 10lbs. of sausage. Six varieties, look at the size of these things, 6 sausages, just under 3 lbs. Thermapen for size reference. Thanks for the tip Bill-Chicago! I walked in at about 5:30, they close at 6:00. There were about 10 people in line ahead of me. If they taste as good as they look, I will visit this place again.
