I have used this on pork with great results. 1st time on chicken. Dry brined boneless skinless chicken breasts. Should I rinse before smoking so its not to salty? What do you say?

I've used it on turkey a few times and I've never rinsed off the brine...the food always came out with a great flavor and it was never too salty.

Thanks. If you don't rinse I won't either. My son requested some smoked chicken for a pasta recipe he wants to make. Didn't want to screw up his deal with to much salt.

I would rinse half of them that way if they are to salty at least you half that are not.
