Getting ready for IBCA competitions that only require Brisket, Ribs and chicken. Pork Butt is outside of our traditional. I’ll do those, but pork butt is not Texan! I’ve done well with pork butt, but I really don’t care for it.

I've heard red heads are hard to deal with, but those twins look like they will work well together.
