Time to get the road on the show for these Chicken Gyros / Schwarmas / Whatever!

I don't feel like digging through boxes in the garage to find my homemade trompo.

I'm using my rotisserie instead. It'll make cutting off the cooked chicken more "interesting," for sure.

Clouds and low ceilings rolling over the 505. Underground says "A few flurries or snow showers possible." Hrmph.
