So Nob Hill (Raley's owns them) had pork shoulder for $1.47/lb. I bought a nice hunk of meat, made a rub, and today cooked it. 8 hours on my Weber kettle, managing the heat constantly.

NOW, dinner tonight will be great.

To say dinner is going to be great is an understatement. Beautiful color and bark = phenomenal! It looks fantastic!
