The start of the meatloaf

Went shopping last night for meatloaf ingredients cuz I've been craving one!

This is a good start!

Only thing not showing is the 1/2 cup of milk.

I like to sauté my onions and bell peppers a little and let it cool before mixing all the ingredients, putting it it a pan to form up overnight. Tomorrow for lunch it will go on the grill.

I also added some Captain Rodney's Whiskey rub while mixing.

Part 2.....after setting up overnight get the loaf out of the pan.

Added some Magic Dust before dressing up the loaf...

A little more Magic Dust on the bacon and on the grill at 350!

Parchment paper with a hole cut in the middle so the grease can run out. I learned that the hard way!
