May I join y'all? It's been way too long.
My wife told me that we've been invited to visit some friends in Estes Park, CO in early October so if bash is the 23rd that works great with us.

They finally responded with the standard denial stating that it's "out of season". I emailed back with "we know and we do our own cleanup, bring our trash bags, tp, etc". Waiting to hear back.

It's no issue. Unless they come back with a definite no. They changed things around this year so the process is taking longer. The Army Corp of Engineers are in charge now.
