Nothing wrong with the crockpot! I have had a great recipe with short ribs in a crockpot. Sometimes you just want to have some thing nice and easy and in the comforts of your home... :D
 
I know it's just because you and I being Southern Folk are Wusses when it comes to cold weather. We threw the Crock pot away after discovering the Instant Pot. Dang weedhopper, you maybe ready for Sous Vide soon. Your cook looks Great!
 
That meat looks awesome, shove it in a crusty bread roll for me and I would be in heaven.
I dont give a toss what it was cooked in.

Err, you did cook it ,didnt you?
