New member from Illinois here, trying to make some masterful BBQ.

Got into smoking around 6 years ago. Started with a Weber kettle, moved on to a Traeger, got rid of that thing for a Yoder YS640, and just pulled the trigger on an Old Country Gravity.

Spent 2001-2008 in the Army as a medic in the Infantry. Currently, running a Surgical department at the Dept. Of Veterans Affairs.
