Was doing a couple of pork butts today. Decided to do a chuckie since I had the room. Decided to do a burgundy beef type of thing. Rubbed it up with a burgundy beef rub from Weber.
2 hours on smoke and put it in a half pan with veggies and some beef broth with red wine, worces, and some extra rub. Foiled it and went another 2 hours[/ATTACH]
Pulled it when the veggies were tender. Made a gravy with some of the juices. Turned out pretty nice
