"Happy Phriday Pharkers,what's Smoking this Weekend?"

I'm doing a fatty tomorrow. I'm using the Jimmy Dean sage flavored sausage. I've never tried it but hear it's really good. And of course the pepper jack and habanero cheese and the bacon weave. I may even throw some more SPAM on there with it. That stuff was excellent. My mouth is watering already.

Sliced up a 45 day, dry aged slab of ribeye steaks this morning. I'll toss one on the grill tonight if I get the time. Can't think of a side that sounds good right now, so.... I'll probably go with a two finger sip of Crown.
