When I cook peruanos they seem to fall apart mroe so than pintos - is there something to that besides I should probably not cook them for as long?

Looks great & I'm still seeing a little snackage on the bones. :oops:
 
My first time to cook them. Mine went a tad long so were to the point of almost to soft. Think I did 60 minutes IP then slow release it was 3-4 hours before we ate. I’ll adjust 25% off times the next time. I only had 8oz of beans in the IP. Seasoning was spot on.
