Started with a bacon Weave,
2 rolls of pork sausage, work together as one. slice open and add PepperJack cheese and Pickled Jalapenos .
Move to the bacon weave, and roll up both sides. Place on cook pan and transfer to my PitBoss Copper top.
Let the Fatty reach 170F and pull.
Cut and serve, love a fatty on English muffin.
