(told the wife to pick up some thighs at Costco on the next trip..... :thumb: - gotta stop looking in on these posts, makes me want stuff we invariably do not have in the house :icon_blush:)
 
I don't know what the Nation of Origin is for that, so I don't know what language "Huli-Huli" is...but I bet it translates, as, "Dayummm so Good"
 
I grew up on Oahu. Cooked this chicken on the beach. Just dug a pit in the sand and put a grate over the coals. Fast, tasty, cheap eating.

Of course, today, they frown on pit fires (except for tourist shows).
 
The Bird parts look tasty. I have to ask if you grew up in ventura, cuz I did, went to Buena High and graduated in '78
