Here is my entry (and my very first entry) into the BBQ throwdown two meat special.
For your enjoyment it's my "Bacon Babyback ribs" that I cooked this weekend. Who doesn't like bacon and what a better way to keep moisture and add calories to your ribs than cover it in some nice thick bacon.
Cover your ribs in your favorite rub (Mine is heavy on the brown sugar), slap some bacon on top, Smoke at 225 for 2 hours then 300 for the last 30 minutes. Sprits/mop every 20 minutes with apple or orange juice. No sauce needed.
