Been grilling all my life, but just got seriously into smoking things about a year or so ago.

I've got a pellet smoker at the moment that's done me okay. I've learned enough from that to know what my next step is so I've got a "real" smoker coming in January.

Really looking forward to taking things to the next level. Looking forward to hopefully learning even more from y'all and sharing my experiences also.

I've got an LSG IVS on order. I've been doing a cook every couple of weeks and have really been fighting this crappy pellet smoker so I'm looking forward to having a real piece of equipment to work with. Also I'm really looking forward to driving over my current smoker with the tractor. :wink:
