I was down there talking to TQ today. I was secretly hoping that this beast would still be there so I could see it in person. They had cookers all over the place and were welding like madmen. Awesome cooker brother!

Team DD come on by...anytime! Thanks for the compliments guys...I seasoned her today and she help temp perfectly. It's gonna be a little bit of a learning curve, but I got her down to 15 degrees variance across the board! Not too bad for a non-reverse flow smoker...I thought it would use more wood but it held temp better than my Lang 84deluxe.
