Cranked the instant pot with a 1.5 cup of Bolita beans out of Dove Creek Colorado. Seasoned with a big chunk of brisket fat-Tapatio Dry Seasoning And Edes Custom Steak seasoning. Headed out for a 1:45 urban hike. Got my leftovers gathered up and chopped. Brisket-Duroc-Andouille And Pork Belly. Crisped those up in grape seed oil. Bowl of beans with meat topping Sriracha ketchup and chow chow.
