Default Saturday SausageFest!

So Me and some buddies decided to get together and make a giant pile sausages today. I figure, if you're going to make a mess anyway, might as well be productive, right?

Here is pre fest.. I tried to have everything somewhat organized, even though I knew it wouldn't last

Here's a few of our sausages.. We did about 20lbs of Salamis for Richard (our dry curing chamber) We also did 5 lbs of Andouille, 5 lbs of Kielbasa, 7 lbs of Pork Texas Hotlinks, (a recipe of Bludawg's) 5 lbs of a Parmigano regiano white wine Italian, and 5 lbs of spicy Itallian

For Lunch I made the boys some Beef back ribs.. Here's one of the racks

Had some Chuckie left over from the bastardo so I threw it on the smoker too
