2 delicious Creekstone Farm Tomahawk Steaks ready for reverse searing action!
Thawed in fridge then dry brined for 1 day in fridge.

One plane, the other rubbed with Santa Maria Grill Seasoning dry rub by Oakridge (great stuff).


Settled the 26 OTG w/supervortex + hickory/mesquite chips in pouch + no water, looking for a L&S smoking session.

When it was dinner time, I settled the Ferraboli grill + GriilGrates and Weber briquettes, ready for searing action
