Surf and Turf Louisiana Style

Really nice! How about some crosshatches on the steaks
by turning them 90 degrees halfway in per side?
I know it's for show, and there's debate about
the grill marks anyway, but - IT LOOKS so COOL!
(like chrome rims, and baseball cards in your spokes.)

Yeah i was goin to do them but i was still working on outdoor kitchen
 
That plate does look great!
Which reminded me of...
I saw an episode of The Best Thing I ever Ate the other night and they had a version of Surf-n-Turf.
A NY strip steak cooked rare/med. rare, split down the side and stuffed with fried oysters.
