Baby Back Maniac
is Blowin Smoke!
Hey guys,
I recently ran across a video that reminded me of a mod I did on my Smokey Joe. I came up with this idea about 6 years ago when we were all doing the tamale pot mod. It works really well for flatter items like ribs. Also it uses almost no charcoal. Let me know what you think.

Also, if you are curious, the kettle used in this video was born a silver but was changed to a gold/silver when I stole the parts off my old gold before it past away of grill cancer (rust) several years ago. lol.
