Ok so i had a electric smoker. It was a MES30. It lasted 5 years. I didn't use it for Brisket,or Ribs, or Pork butts. But i used it a lot for Salmon, Beef/Deer Jerky and Landjaegar's. I kinda need someone to sell me on a different brand. I am reluctant to buy another MES.
