We can get a 1/2 hog ready to smoke for about $244.00. It is about 85 lbs. Do you think we can get it your smoker? My next smoker build is going to a 150 gallon tank with one single door! Anyone interested??

That might be too big to get through the door on my smoker. If someone has a smoker that it will fit on, I'm in.

No, just boil it for a good while. Most times add pig feet....hmmmm. Could give those some smoke after boiling.
