Wow looks amazing! Recipe please

I apologize. I seldom, if ever use a recipe. However everything in it is in first post. I smoked the veggies drizzled in evoo and KS-CBP at 200* for 1.45. I had the meats already cooked and the sausage link was just a reheat as it was purchased fully cooked. Dumped everything into pot and added liquids slowly maintaining heat. Simmered for maybe 35-45 minutes tops.

You don’t want to go to crazy seasoning as the meats have quite a bit of flavor from their own individual cooks. In this case only additional seasoning after placed in bowl was a sprinkle of Lawry’s Garlic Salt

Looks tasty Adams, what's the advantage to the purple veggies?

Thanks for the link Adams, much appreciated.

One of my favorite potatoes to grow is the purple variety. Seems it's one of the originals from Peru, stores well and really good flavor.
