Thank you all!!! I haven't been on here in over a year and I'm falling in love with this forum all over again!!! I just cook for my girlfriend and I now so even a small pork butt causes a lot of leftovers and I want to get creative with it so I appreciate everyone's ideas!! She's gonna love all of these ideas!!!
