I don't know why but when I pulled this out of the bag I immediately thought of Sir Mix-a-Lot, "I like Big Lump and I can not lie". :grin:

Threw a chunk of Cherry on the coals for smoke, going to let the grate temp climb to 300 throttle back the vents and roll from there, should be ready to pull in 3 hours give or take. Flap is going to the pups for a treat.

Time to sit back and relax, I'll give them a spritz in about 60.

Tried the bend test at 3hrs in and they needed another 30min before they said no mas.

Money shots, one of these 3 are going in the throwdown and yes they were as good as they look. :mrgreen:
