Grabbed more Charcoal at the Store - Just Topped off the Chute - it's burned maybe 3 lbs Today so Far.......I'm Digging this Smoker - Don't need a Shelf cuz Top is Perfect height for Pans, Plates, trays......Maybe Not for Wemens and Runts but Perfect for Me.......

Grey is soot. Same thing happened on my biscuit test. We put them in too early. You have to make sure exhaust smells clean before food goes in.

Been Running 6 hrs but I did toss a cpl New Big Wood Chunks into Burn Box at same Time....... Greyish Ones Taste the Same as others........
