Had my second smoking cook session this weekend. Had one two weeks ago when I first bought my smoker just for the family and yesterday was my second with 20 friends invited over for a BBQ. I know, pretty ballsy trying that with such a large group of folks and never having done this before but was pretty pleased overall and got some great kudos from the guest. Sharing some pics.
