Wife decided to make sandwiches yesterday. Blackstone 17” Tabletop set up and heating up in less than a minute. Cubans. Her’s on sour dough mine with Ezekiel muffin. Her’s French’s mine Coleman. Both with smoked ham pulled pork Swiss and dill pickle. No panini press so she pressed with lodge Cast iron Griddle press. (She heated and crisped the meats before layering and cooking on Griddle). She did well.

Sammy Parn! Looks great. And as we all know, everything just tastes better on the griddle :wink:
