Well, we were all locked down last year and it looks like the Cook County Forest Preserves are back open again. The past few years we've had the Bash in the NW Burbs near the end of August. Do we want to stay up North or should we venture further South this year? Keep it at the end of August or try the beginning of September when summer vacations are over and it starts to get a bit cooler and less humid?

Aug 21 or 28 or maybe Sept 11 or 18? Sept 4th is Labor Day weekend, so that's probably not a good date.

Whatcha guys & gals think?
While we haven't committed to anything yet, Sept. 11 is a Mission Zero Hundred Hours BBQ Competition that we will likely cook, and Sept. 18 is an SCA cook off at Topling Goliath Brewery in iowa that we will likely cook.

At the moment, August is wide open.
