Hi everyone,

I am from just outside of Orlando FL, I found this place from a link from my home brewing forum. I have been smoking/bbqing for a bunch of years and am looking to up my game and learn new things to improve my craft.

I have been largely a pork smoker but I am hoping to smoke my first brisket in the coming weeks in the form of pastrami.

I have some Castilian Lacquered Ribs in as we speak. They are not much to look at yet.

Welcome -- we just moved from Orlando to Melbourne Beach a couple months ago. I found this site about a year ago and the people on here have been extremely friendly and helpful. I'm sure you'll find the same. :-D
