First Day of Fall- Frito Pie

I understand. We really enjoy cooking similar not same. Sucklebusters-Williams-Morton’s are my go to’s. At times I mix my own- I have the spices. As far as spices go I find these chili mixes perfect and fresh. I really don’t follow a script-at much of anything.

I just checked..there are two "chili regular", one "chili medium", and a "chili 3000", what ever that is, in her spice cupboard.
I've just learned to taste before I reach for the cumin.:shock:
