All excited as my cook was coming together. Small rack of spares, five thighs and a 2# Nekkid Fatty. Everything moved to the patio for prep- one beer. Nurse beer. Three meats two cookers. Warm spinach salad and Green Chile cheese grits. Past 12:00. Beer store is open.

Winding down my brethren. Fatty and chicken are done. Deviled eggs with some jalapeño juice. Going to accelerate to the finish wrapping ribs. Bride is hungry. I’m cool. Beer.
