I love smoking in snowy weather, especially since my Q Shack is covered. :-D

Two meat loafs with everything but the kitchen sink in them:

Bread Crumbs
Egg
Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil
Fresh oregano
Fresh parsley
Sauteed onions and garlic
Celery
Tomato paste

A light dusting of Myron's Hickory Rub and a little dab of hickory salt on the top. On the Assassin at 250 with some pecan chunks for smoke. Probably about 2 more hours of cooking.

I'm looking forward to tonight's dinner. :-D

That looks and sounds delicious, John!
I can't remember the last time I've smoked a meatloaf... it's long overdue. Thanks for the inspiration!
