Howdy all! Been lurking for a bit but decided to chime in finally.
Looking at getting an offset stick burner maybe, and if steel prices come down out of orbit then maybe sooner rather than later. I’ll look through the forum for pertinent threads before I start asking for opinions, as I know how some folks can get a bit irritated at answering ‘which offset pit should I get?’ every other day.
Current inventory includes a KBQ C-60, an SnS Kamado, Bradley Smoker, two Chief Smokers (big and little), GMG Jim Bowie pellet pooper, Jenn Air gas grill, Weber Gas Grill, 2 small Weber charcoal kettles, and a few other gas/charcoal camping grills hardly worth mentioning.
