Smoked chuck was wrapped at 160 and a little Miller poured in. Cooked to 205. Holy cow this was tender, flavorful, and juicy! Once wrapped I put Mexican corn on top rack for an hour and half. Complete with wife's oven potatoes. Good **** Maynard!

Makes my frozen egg rolls and store bought potato soup seem inadequate! Nice looking meal.
