So I smoke my bacon in small batches to have them as fresh as I can. I was running out and smoked my next small batch with simple black pepper and one with Chili powder. :cool:

Well that was a breeze and my kamado was lonely plus I was hungry

:bounce: I have some ground up wild boar in the fridge. It's burger time. Made some patties real quick and slapped them on the kamado. Fast forward cheese on top..:hungry:

Out of curiosity I looked up the Rye. Seems available in the States or $35-$40 a bottle. Nick Wine Merchant for Melbourne is selling it at $150. What a absolute rip off.

If ur ever around here ur more than welcome. Geez $150 for the three rye bottle??? I get it for about $40 to $45 a bottle.
 
I love wildboar!

I noticed that.:mrgreen: btw u do some amazing stuff with it Phu. I love wild boar tremendously. The bacon is wild boar as well. I got belly, frenched chops, ground up etc. Any way I can get it.

Some wb chops just simply grilled a week or two ago.
