I know its not smoked or grilled but I did use CI.

Cook the burger.

Start building.

All grilled up.

While hot pull off one side and add what ever you want.

Served with onion rings.

Looks better than using the grilled cheese for buns. I have done that version and it's overkill. More fun to talk about and photograph than to eat. This looks like great eats to me!
