Threw on a couple of pork tenderloins on the large egg. Decided we needed something a little healthier. Rubbed down with Plowboys Yardbird rub. Egged at 300 with cherry chunks for the smoke.

I cooked a couple tonight meself. I cooked them raised direct at 400 - 425 dome temp. One with Dizzy Pig Redeye Express and the other with Durkee St. Louis rib & chicken rub. I really liked the Redeye Express. The wife said it was too peppery. I didn't have time to get any pics though.

Awesome color on the meat.

Gotta practice with those loins a bit more before I post pictures.
 
Thats looks great, Pork Tenderloin in now my sons favorate I use cherry wood or apple wood and Dinosaur BBQ's Cajun Foreplay rub good stuff
 
That looks so good. I need to do some again myself, its been too long...
