This was Hometruckin's entry in the 2013 "Let's Do the Tubesteak Boogie" Throwdown
CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:
1. Cook sausage and or tubesteak any way you like - they can be the main course, the only course, or featured prominently as an ingredient in another dish.
2. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown only!
3. Entries must comply with standard Throwdown rules.
You may submit entries that are cooked from 6/1 through 6/30.
Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Thursday, 6/30.
