I actually made chili on the Rectec during the challenge but forgot about it sos didn’t take any pictures :oops:
 
It may not look as hot as I hoped, but when you use about 1/8 cup of kosmos buffalo hot wing dust on a couple pounds of wings, it's hot to me, but delicious! Last pic is my official entry photo

Sorry, no action shots, I forgot it now gets dark before 5pm. :noidea:

Had some chicken thighs marinating in the fridge with some Walkerswood Spicy Jerk for six days. Cooked on the Big Joe indirect with a chunk of pecan at 350. Searched for a side dish to make and was surprised to find out that garlic butter roasted hasselback potatoes are a thing in Jamaica.

#1 son came over for dinner. Both of us were sniffling at the end, if you know what I mean. SPICY!
