Also, despite some claiming that the PBC is a niche cooker (chicken gets mentioned a lot, and rightly so), I have cooked a bunch of different things on it:

Pork picnic (shoulder)
Brisket
Tri tip
Sausage
Fatties
ABTs
Meatloaf
Fish
Whole turkey
Baked Mac and Cheese
Baked beans

I even hang my ABTs!
