Cooked on a stick burner for the first time today!
I ordered a Shirley 24x36 and got it first thing this past Sunday. I was able to fire it up today and smoked 2 racks of ribs. They came out *great*. The best ribs I've ever made. The fire got a little hot once, almost to 300, but I kept learning the smoker and the vast majority of the time the temp was right at 250.
