T Breast

Smoked a 5 pound turkey breast on Sunday. Used Big Brother Smoke's Simply Marvelous Poultry Rub along with some cherry and peach woods. The rub is fantastic

Looks really good. How long did it take?

pat 10-23-2008 09:33 PM

If I remember correctly it took about 4 1/2 hours. Egg temp was around 240-250*.

Midnight Smoke 10-23-2008 09:34 PM

Looks good, I was going to get a breast last weekend but it was like $17.00.

pat 10-23-2008 09:36 PM

Yeah this one was like $19. Worth every penny. A whole turkey would be much cheaper though.
