T Breast
Smoked a 5 pound turkey breast on Sunday. Used Big Brother Smoke's Simply Marvelous Poultry Rub along with some cherry and peach woods. The rub is fantastic :cool:

If I remember correctly it took about 4 1/2 hours. Egg temp was around 240-250*.

Looks good, I was going to get a breast last weekend but it was like $17.00.

Yeah this one was like $19. Worth every penny. A whole turkey would be much cheaper though.
