Cowgirl's Flank Steak w/pron
Decided to cook a flank steak for dinner tonight. Tried Cowgirl's flank steak marinade recipe.
http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/3196/dsc07533bs.jpg Into the marinade for a few hours. http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/6950/dsc07539x.jpg Cooked six minutes per side. http://img43.imageshack.us/img43/7969/dsc07543h.jpg It was mighty tasty I must say. http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/1080/dsc07547w.jpg http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/4669/dsc07552m.jpg Thanks Cowgirl :thumb::thumb: |

I have referred back to the recipe that I used and realized that I got it from a blog spot called "A Cowgirl's Kitchen". I don't think it is the same Cowgirl that posts here at the Brethren, unless by coincidence she may have tried the same recipe and posted it here also. The blog spot credits Bobby Flay for the recipe. |
Perfect looking flank steak!

That looks great, thanks for the pics

Lookin' good John. I'd like to stop by just to learn your knife skills, if not to actually get a bite!:-D
