Lamb Meatloaf

Local store had ground lamb on sale. Threw this together and smoked on Traeger for supper last night. Added egg, some heavy cream, panko, onions, garlic, chopped spinach, feta, goat cheese, and seasoned with rosemary and garlic seasoning with some cayenne for a little kick. Turned out pretty tasty.

No, not really much fat. Put some old hot dog buns under the meatloaf to absorb the drippings. You can see them in the photo in the foil pan.
