3 things I learned today
 
1. Wicked good is really good lump.
2. I do not like to foil.
3. Don't always trust your temp, wiggle that bone.

It was a great day! Time to grub.

1. I have no opinion cause its not sold around here and no close Ace.


2. I'm wishy washy about foiling. Sometimes I do sometimes I don't.

3. The only way to know!

I've learned to love me some foil, though.

1. Don't know because it's not sold in my area. I like Good One, Royal Oak or any hardwoods out of Missouri
2. Depends on the cooker
3. Agree, probe or wiggle works best
